Both recent graduates of Master programs at Cranbrook Academy of Art and SUNY New Paltz respectively, Beautyman and Smith negotiate current trends in contemporary studio jewelry and sculpture by sustaining a rigor, imagination, and studious examination of their craft and its place in the world. Their voices are resolute and unique amongst emerging artists in the field.

The Clark looks at Japan's innovative clothing designs and its influence through a women's fashion show curated by Mikki Brown, owner of theBrowns in Williamstown and former vice president of Issey Miyake North America and featuring jewelry from the Sienna Gallery.
