CREDIT CARDS/PAYMENT
Sienna Gallery accepts the following credit cards for internet purchases:
Your card will not be charged until your order is shipped. Special orders will be charged 1/2 non-refundable deposit at the time the special order to the artists is confirmed. Sales tax will be added to all shipments made within the state of Massachusetts.
CANCELLATIONS
Special orders can be cancelled only within 48 hours
of being placed. We reserve the right to not fulfill an order
if the item was previously sold or listed in error.
SHIPPING DOMESTIC (*for publications, see below)
We ship insured FedEx and offer 3 shipping options within the Continental United States (excludes Alaska and Hawaii): Standard (ground), 2nd Day Air and Overnight Next Day Air, which does not include Saturday delivery. We are unable to deliver to P.O. boxes, and are required by our credit card processors to ship to cards' billing addresses only. Charges to the continental United States are below:

Standard Overnight $30

Oversized shipments or those requiring freight, crating, or installation will be discussed prior to purchase.
SHIPPING INTERNATIONAL (*for publications, see below)
Most of our items can be shipped to international addresses. Recipients are responsible for any applicable customs duties or taxes in that country, which are collected by the carrier. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Special orders are non-returnable. Regular orders can be returned within 7 days of receipt in their complete original packaging and in the case of jewelry, in unworn condition. The client is responsible for returning the item(s) pre-paid and insured to Sienna Gallery. Please notify the gallery by phone or email before the return. Credit issued will not include original shipping and insurance charges. We reserve the right to not accept a return and may require a re-stocking or repair fee if the item has been at all damaged or un-cared for. While our policies are firm for obvious reasons, we will do everything we can to work with you and make sure your experience with Sienna Gallery is a successful one.
SPECIAL ORDERS
When you place a special order, you have committed to the item. Please realize that special orders are outside the scope of regular artist production and therefore, may take longer. Special orders are non-returnable (both non-refundable and non-exchangeable from the time the order is placed). Special orders may be canceled only within 48 hours of being placed.
We will be happy to answer any questions about special orders and alterations to existing pieces (ring sizes, necklace lengths, etc). Timing and pricing will vary by artist.

GIFT WRAP
All jewelry and gift cards are shipped in our signature orange box with orange ribbon, ready for gift giving. Please let us know if you would like the receipt mailed separately.
PUBLICATION/CATOLOGUE SHIPPING
All publications can be shipped both to the United States and abroad. Flat rate of $5 applies for domestic and $8 for overseas. Add $1 domestic for each additional publication, $2 international.
PRIVACY
Sienna Gallery does not share your personal contact information or maintain a payment history with credit card information. The gallery and its associates do not discuss your personal purchases with anyone but you.
